I General provisions
1. The owner and administrator of the store is:

2. The subject of the shop's activity is retail sale

3. The Regulations define in particular the rules of using the submission
orders and their implementation, as well as the procedure
complaint.
4. In matters not covered by these Regulations
the relevant legal provisions in force at
territory of the Republic of Poland, in particular the Act on
on April 23, 1964 - Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 16, item
93, as amended), the Act of 27 July 2002 on specific
terms of consumer sale and changes to the Code
civil law (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended), the Act of
March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights
and liability for damage caused by the product
dangerous (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271 as amended) and the Act of
August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (text
unit: Journal Of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926 as amended)
5. All products presented in the catalog are on it

6. With regard to contracts concluded with Clients who are
consumers who have their habitual residence abroad

these Regulations shall only apply to the proper ones

these Regulations shall only apply to the proper ones

II Orders
1. The customer can place orders and inquiries 7 days a week

2. Information about the products presented in the catalog does not constitute
offers within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code; pose
invitation to conclude a sales contract.
3. Placing an order constitutes an offer within the meaning of the code
civil law, submitted to the Seller by the Customer.
4. An invoice is issued for each order.
After submitting the correct order, the Seller will send you within
72 hours at the most to the Customer to the e-mail address (e-mail
feedback) information about the acceptance of the order. The contract is concluded
upon sending the Customer by the Seller information about
accepting the order, and paying 50% of the order value for
bank account provided.
5. Conditions for the execution of orders in excess of PLN 1,000
will be agreed with the client individually.
6. In the case of sales contracts concluded with entrepreneurs,
the ownership of the goods marked as to their identity is transferred to
The customer who is an entrepreneur, at the time of payment of the price.
7. The ordered goods will be delivered to the address indicated by
The customer.
8. The maximum order fulfillment time is 95
ninety-five business days.
9. If the Seller cannot perform the service for this reason,
that the goods are not available, immediately, but at the latest on
within 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the Agreement, it will notify about
including the Client and will return the entire sum of money received from him,
if any sum has already been paid.


III. Method of payment
1. The transfer should be made to the account indicated below

2. The customer purchases goods and orders services according to
prices and delivery costs in force at the time
placing an order. The amount of delivery costs depends
from the distance of delivery to the customer and the size and weight of the given
the goods.
IV. Delivery
1. Delivery takes place to the address indicated by the Customer in
order.
2. The delivery is made by a courier company.
3. It is recommended that the Customer who is also a consumer in
the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code, as far as possible made
checking the condition of the goods after delivery and in presence
representative of the entity performing the delivery has written an appropriate one
protocol. Checking the shipment will facilitate and expedite the investigation
possible claims against the entity responsible in the event of
mechanical damage to the shipment caused in the course of
transportation. In such situations, it is recommended that the Customer be contacted
as soon as possible with the seller.
V Complaints
1. In the case of contracts concluded with clients who are
at the same time, consumers within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Code
civil, the Seller is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods with
a contract if it is found by the Customer before
after 2 years from the date of delivery. The customer is obliged to
notify the Seller about the non-compliance of the goods with
contract within 2 months from the date of such finding
incompatibilities.
2. The Seller will respond to the inquiry within 14 (fourteen) days
complaint of the goods reported by the customer and will notify him about
how to proceed.
3. In order to facilitate the complaint process, if possible
The customer is asked to send photos and a detailed description
goods inconsistent with the contract.
4. In the case of considering the complaint in favor of the Customer,
The seller will bring the goods to the condition consistent with the contract
in accordance with the customer's request by repair or replacement with
new. If the replacement or repair would expose the customer to significant
the inconvenience, as requested by the customer, the seller will reduce
the price or refund - as a result of the Customer's withdrawal from the contract
- full payment for the advertised product within 14
(fourteen) days.
5. In the case of contracts concluded with customers who are
entrepreneurs, pursuant to art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code,
the Seller's liability under the warranty is excluded.
6. In the case of goods covered by the warranty, the Customer being
the entrepreneur may advertise a defective product,
 
only by using the rights resulting from the granted
warranty - in such circumstances, the Customer is entitled to
claims only against the guarantor. IN
for goods covered by a guarantee provided by
manufacturer or distributor, the seller is only
an intermediary transferring the submitted complaint to the manufacturer
be a distributor.
7. In the case of goods covered by the warranty, the Customer being
the consumer may advertise a defective product:
• using the rights resulting from the granted
warranty - in such circumstances to the Customer
claims are only made against the entity being
the guarantor. For goods under warranty
provided by the manufacturer or distributor,

• using the rights of the Customer
being a consumer towards the Seller in connection with
non-compliance of the goods with the contract.
VI Warranty
1. The seller gives a guarantee for the goods sold for

their manufacturer. In the event of a guarantee by
Seller, the content and terms of the warranty are set out in
a guarantee document issued by the Seller.
2. If the Seller is not the producer of the given
goods, the goods may be covered by a guarantee granted by
the appropriate manufacturer or distributor. Content and terms
the guarantees are then specified in the document
warranty issued by the manufacturer or distributor.
VII Returns
1. The customer who is also a consumer who has concluded a contract for
distance, may withdraw from it without giving a reason,
by submitting a relevant written declaration within ten
days from the date of delivery of the subject of the contract to him. To keep

2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered to be
not concluded, and the consumer is released from any obligations.
What the parties testified is returned unchanged,
unless the change was necessary within the ordinary course of business.
The return should be made immediately, not later than on time
fourteen days. The seller returns the costs together with the price of the goods

4. The right to withdraw from a distance contract no
